Ethiopia Uraga Raro Boda is a washed lot that leans hard into floral perfume without losing an ounce of sweetness. Star jasmine and loose leaf tea dominate the aroma, backed by bergamot citrus, fragrant lemon, and a tart-sweet limeade note that carries through the finish. A wash of white honey rounds out the cup underneath it all.
The washing station sits on the eastern edge of Uraga, sourcing from around 700 smallholder farmers nearby, most working under a hectare each. Ceramic fermentation tanks, high elevation, and careful drying add up to a clean, bright cup with real clarity, floral in a way that's genuinely hard to fake.
