Coffee has a way of making an ordinary moment feel a little more warm. We started Threshold because we love what's possible in the cup: sweetness, brightness, and depth, all shaped by where a coffee was grown and how it was roasted. Every origin and every roast tells its own story, and we want you to be able to taste it.

How we source and roast:

We choose our coffees intentionally - sourcing from our tried and true partners in countries across South America and Africa. Then we roast each one on our small-batch roaster (1.2kg at a time!) to highlight what makes it distinct, rather than covering it up. The result is coffee that's approachable enough for every morning and still has plenty to discover for those who love to explore the nuances in every cup.

We believe great coffee should feel both exceptional and familiar. That's why we roast with your daily rituals in mind. Maybe it's a single cup before sunrise, a shared pot around the breakfast table, or coffee served to the people you care about most. Whatever the moment, we hope to add a little warmth and flavor to it.
