Shipping Policy

All coffee is roasted to order, in small batches, on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders ship no later than Wednesday of the same week. If you order after our weekly roast cutoff, your coffee will roast the following Monday or Tuesday and ship that Wednesday.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
You can choose USPS or FedEx at checkout. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and carrier. Orders over $40 ship free.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Delays
Occasionally, weather or carrier delays can affect delivery timelines once a package leaves our hands. We're not able to guarantee delivery dates, but we're happy to help track down a delayed shipment please just reach out to info@thresholdcoffeelab.com

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at info@thresholdcoffeelab.com within 10 days of the ship date and we'll make it right.
